With support from the European Union, the dormitory of the Korányi Frigyes Greek Catholic Primary School, Secondary School and Dormitory in Nagykálló has undergone a major energy-efficiency upgrade. The aim was to reduce the building’s energy use while creating a more comfortable environment for students and staff. The Nyíregyháza Diocese took over the management of this long-established institution in 2017. The school provides primary and secondary education, as well as residential accommodation. The dormitory is
