The opening event of the program, implemented with the support of the Territorial and Settlement Development Programme Plus, was held on March 10, 2025, in the Great Hall of the Csongr\u00e1d-Csan\u00e1d County Government Office. The project, involving 1,500 participants and providing wage subsidies for 1,200 employees, is being carried out by the Csongr\u00e1d-Csan\u00e1d County Municipality in consortium with the government office, with a total budget of HUF 2.4 billion.<\/p>\n
One of the objectives of the Operations of Strategic Importance (OSI), commonly referred to as Pillars, within the 2021-2027 programming period, is to enhance the visibility of EU-funded programs by showcasing their results to the public. A priority of the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme Plus is „Caring County”, which includes the „County Employment and Economic Development Collaborations” initiative as one of its Pillars.<\/p>\n
The project’s goal is to align labor supply and demand at the county level and support employment, based on regional cooperation, needs assessment, and planning. By involving a broader range of stakeholders, the project will continue and expand the Csongr\u00e1d-Csan\u00e1d County Employment Pact, supporting targeted employment programs based on specific business needs.
