Anyone familiar with the road leading to Dunaszentpál knows that cycling there used to be far from comfortable. Although traffic is relatively light, the road is narrow and its surface was in poor condition, making it difficult and unsafe for cyclists, especially after dark. That has now changed with the construction of a separate, two-way cycle path. Dunaszentpál is a small cul-de-sac village surrounded by the Mosoni-Duna, so most people travelling there are local residents.
