Active rehabilitation in a new dimension

2025. 11. 12.

Movement has countless beneficial effects — it keeps the body in shape and supports mental balance. It plays an especially important role during recovery after illness, injury, or surgery. With support from the European Union, 3D Vertical Ltd. has further developed its innovative suspension-frame system, placing active rehabilitation at the center of its approach. This device enables patients and athletes to perform targeted exercises in a controlled and safe environment, promoting faster and more sustainable recovery.

Founded as a small family business, 3D Vertical Ltd. now operates multiple movement centers where a range of innovative therapeutic tools are integrated into treatments. Among these, the 3D Vertical Suspension Plus System stands out — introducing a new perspective to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and professional athletic training.

The three-dimensionally adjustable exercise space can be effectively applied in prevention, movement therapy, and sports rehabilitation alike. Thanks to its elastic resistance elements, it provides both muscle strengthening and unloading at the same time, allowing for faster and safer recovery. Its mobile structure supports muscle activation, joint mobilization, and effective injury treatment — sometimes within just a few days. It is particularly recommended for neck, spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

The system’s main components include a vertical wall bar with a mirror attachment, elastic cords secured with carabiners, and a ceiling-mounted rotating rail system. Together, these elements ensure three-dimensional movement and precise adjustment options.

With the help of EU funding, 3D Vertical has enhanced its suspension technology by integrating preventive therapeutic tools designed to achieve significantly greater rehabilitation efficiency and shorter recovery times. As a result of the project, an even more advanced 3D Vertical technology has been created, and the company’s service portfolio has expanded with several new elements.
