Since its founding, Ferzol Ltd. has remained true to its corporate motto: “Cutting-edge technology in sheet metal processing.” This commitment is further reinforced by a development project funded by the European Union, which enabled a comprehensive technological, infrastructural, and organizational renewal of the company.
| Ferzol Ltd. was established in 1990 by Ferenc Bíró and his son, Zoltán. The company’s first production hall was completed in 1993, and from 1994 onward Ferzol became a supplier to major industrial companies, including Electrolux. The 2000s brought significant progress, including facility expansions, ISO 9001 certification, and steady growth in employee numbers. From 2010, the company introduced robotic production units, obtained environmental management certification, and expanded its workforce to over 400 employees. |
One of the key elements of the EU-funded investment was the construction of a new sheet metal processing plant and an office building. The office provides a modern working environment for administrative and engineering teams.
As part of the project, Ferzol Ltd. acquired several high-performance, state-of-the-art sheet metal processing machines. These significantly improve production accuracy, speed, and flexibility, while also enabling the efficient manufacture of more complex components.
Technological advancement was further strengthened by the installation of a new automated panel bending machine, which reduces lead times and minimizes the need for manual intervention. In addition, the introduction of a modern combined punching and laser-cutting machine integrates precise cutting and punching operations into a single system, improving productivity and material efficiency.
Beyond physical investments, the project also included the redevelopment of the company’s website. The new, modern platform presents Ferzol’s services and technical expertise while making communication easier for both existing and potential partners. Supplier capabilities were further enhanced through targeted training programs and professional consulting.
Through these developments, Ferzol Ltd. has strengthened its market position as a technologically advanced and competitive supplier, creating a solid foundation for sustainable long-term growth.
